Fabrice Fresse & Jean-Luc Moreau - 2017 Global Education Conference Keynote

Fabrice has been working 15 years in the field of Education in metropolitan France, French territories and in the United States and 10 years in the field of project management, assessment and teacher training. He is also an expert of the International Task Force on Teachers for Education 2030, launched by the UNESCO. He has been selected to participate to Transatlantic Educators Dialogue spearheaded by the European Union Center of the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. He has an expertise in the field of intercultural and plurilingual education and violence prevention. His most recent scientific contribution is an insight study on how education can prevent radicalisation.

Jean-Luc has been an external evaluator of European Vocational Education and Training projects for seven years. He is the Co-Founder and President of the Association of the Evaluators and Experts of the European Union, which aims at sharing information and best practices between evaluators of the Erasmus Plus agency in Bordeaux and any European Agency. His organization includes more than a hundred members from both public or private sectors, sometimes in several European countries. Working with the National Agency Erasmus + in Bordeaux, in France, he strives to improve the quality of the project evaluation both on a national and on a European level. With an expertise in project management and quality assessment, he serves as a national evaluator and developer for KA2 applications submitted to the French National Agency. He also evaluated Erasmus + projects for the Swiss National Agency between 2013 and 2015. After working as a engineer for the CESI group specialized in professional development, he worked as a Former Advisor in adult training services in the Academie of Bordeaux. With an extensive knowledge in the field of management of innovative projects, he has a particular interest in e-learning and distance learning. He was the co-author " TIC et NET: nouvelles voies pour la formation" with Catherine Bissey. The book was published by the Presses Universitaires Françaises in 2003.
