What do you think is interesting about your culture? The way they celebrate Holy Week
What culture besides your own do you admire and why? Jewish culture - I'd like to learn more about the history of it since my husband is Jewish.
What about your culture are you most proud about? The importance of family and education
What do you like about your culture? The food and the people
What don't you like about your culture? The Philippines is so far away!
What holidays and celebrations are observed by the group and individuals? Easter, Christmas, New Years
What is your favorite cultural food? Pancit, adobo, lumpia
Anything else? I loved being able to use filipino traditions in my wedding!

I work at Sts. Philip and James School in St. James. Custom Computer sounds familiar- I wonder if the guy who did my job before me used your company in the past. Can't remember but it rings a bell.
BTW- My wife is half Filipino- I love the culture and the people. I can never relate to people who hate their in-laws because mine are so great. I have had pancit, lumpia and Halo Halo, but never adobo. What is it?
