About Me or Reason for Joining the GEC:
I facilitate the the Synectics group creative problem solving session for companies, which focuses on building a collaborative environment, enabling creative thinking, and using a process for innovative outcomes, and I am a Synectics facilitator. I am also the father of a 4 year old in a Reggio-based preschool and the similarities are quite startling. I am here because of the gap in education between a Reggio preschool and Synectics session 25-30 years later.
