About Me or Reason for Joining the GEC:
With my background as Sociologist, after my HR & Management training, I have worked as a Development Officer in the Mediterranean Agency for International Cooperation. Then I had several positions in youth work, competence development within adult learning.
President of Youth association for culture and development based in Morocco and the Programs manager for recruiting and training international students by Providing them many different types of volunteer opportunities in Morocco. For now I am the project manager of an educational project established in partnership with the delegation of ministry of national education and its aimed at children between the ages of four and five and is designed to help them adjust and prepare them for the move into primary school.
I have a strong experience in developing youth programs and adult training schemes I am used to work with young people with learning disabilities, differences and difficulties and adult youth workers and I am very interested in developing a quality approach in development education and adult training.
