I'm working on a Global Education handbook for primary school EFL educators in Vienna. Through the course of my research, I've been continually confronted with the difficulty finding teaching materials/lessons/textbooks written in a level of English that is suitable for children (ages 6-10) who are non-native speakers.  Can anyone out there help me? Thanks.

Would the Scholastic News Magazine published by Scholastic be something that you could order.  I think that this would be an excellent resource that would benefit your students. You can order by grade level and may consider 1st grade for your non-native English speakers.  They also have an online 'whiteboard' ready link that shows more information about the subject in the weekly magazine. Another resource might be the National Geography Kids Magazine. Good Luck! in finding the best resource for your students.
