Presenter Reminders

Dear Presenters:

-Have you joined the presenter's group as per the instructions that we sent you? Please make sure to read posts in there, and ask questions in that space: http://www.globaleducationconference.com/group/2012-presenters-group

-We have posted a presenter's checklist in our group. Have you gone through this? http://goo.gl/sGNSb

-Since we have 24 hours to go before the conference, please read this post about getting BbC help: http://www.globaleducationconference.com/group/2012-presenters-grou.... You should have already gone through a live training or watched a training session. Details about training are posted on our Training page: http://www.globaleducationconference.com/page/training.

-Please keep in mind that Steve and I will be very busy keeping the conference running during the next week. While we want to be as helpful as possible, but please avoid contacting us for general questions. If you have a very specific emergency, by all means send an email or ping us on Skype (info is on the presenter's checklist). Alternatively, visit the conference lounge for help, post questions to the web site chat room and/or to the presenters' group. Our leadership team is featured on the front page of the web site (see the Members section) and you can send any of them a message if you need assistance.

Thank you for all the ways to learn about BB Collaborate! I am having trouble opening the "Conference Lounge" on the Presenter and Moderator Room Links page.
