The Educator today has a vast opportunity to equip himself/ herself with one or more methods of mass e-communication technology and e-learning platforms. These techniques also provide an improved methodology for Testing & Evaluation. But to make use of these opportunities the Educator must become tech-savvy and adept in their use and manipulation.
Certain infrastructural framework that is financially affordable by both the Teacher and the Taught, ought also to be provided by the Government.
