-Please keep in mind that Steve and I will be very busy keeping the conference running during the next week. While we want to be as helpful as possible, but please avoid contacting us for general questions. If you have a very specific emergency, by all means send an email or ping us on Skype (info is on the presenter's checklist). Alternatively, visit the conference lounge for help, post questions to the web site chat room and/or to the presenters' group. Our leadership team is featured on the front page of the web site (see the Members section) and you can send any of them a message if you need assistance.
