Short Session Description (one line): Expanding statistics education to a global audience allows students from across the globe to understand statistical analysis and use these concepts to solve real world problems.

Full Session Description (as long as you would like): Statistics education can be expanded and offered to a worldwide audience through the use of technology and online education.   By expanding statistical analysis across the globe, we can give students the tools needed to solve real world problems in many areas such as addressing poverty, climate change, infant mortality, famines, availability of water, etc.  The use of technology tools in statistical analysis also provides the methodologies needed to analyze large datasets in an efficient manner.
