Marilyn Singer wrote a children's book "On The Same Day In March"
that describes the weather and climate for countries around the world. I
would like to give elementary classrooms an opportunity to compare the
climate and weather in your area with others around the world. You can
also add pictures and tell a little about your area.

I have created a wiki also titled On The Same Day In March for sharing information.

This is the second year for this activity. Hopefully, we will have repeat and new participants.

Any interest???

What a great idea! I'd love to participate with my class - I teach kindergarten in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Send me your email address and I will send you more information.

Hi Marilyn,

I would be interested in this.  This year I am teaching a Grade 1/2 class in Hawkesdale, Victoria, Australia.  What do I need to know to be involved?

Thanks, Di

I suggest that you visit the wiki at: http://onthesamedayinmarch.wikispaces.com/ and begin to set up your classroom page. You can add pictures and other information at a later time. Please let me  know (cgrossrhode@gmail.com) once you have set up your wiki page so I can add your school name to the navigation
list.

I just noticed that the navigation bar on the wiki did not have the Sample Page link. It is there now. Hope this didn't inconvenience you.

We would love to be a part of this!

Sounds great!!  I would like to also register for this project - we are a grade 5 French Immersion class in Lloydminster, Alberta, Canada.  Please let us know the next steps!
