Full Session Description (as long as you would like):
Come learn about making global connections. Learn how to find collaborators, create meaningful projects, and connect your classes. Find out which tools work best for collaboration. See examples of successful global projects. Hear how one teacher makes it work, looking at both the good and the not-so-good. Learn how to save projects, how to keep connections going, and when it's time to move on. Get the perspective of the classroom teacher, working with unpredictable students, technology, and other teachers in order to break down the walls of the classroom and introduce my students to the world.
