The call for proposals is now officially open. For our regular conference, submit your proposals using these directions. If you are an iEARN member, please submit your proposals here. We will start vetting proposals on June 30 and you will be able to schedule your time slot for presenting once approved.
Make sure you have read the mission of our conference before submitting your proposal. This is NOT a general education conference.
Our 2012 international advisory board will be meeting for the first time next week. It's not too late to join! Please join our group and RSVP here.
We're planning a face-to-face in person meeting for those GEC members who happen to be attending the ISTE conference in San Diego, California, USA on June 24, 2012. RSVP here to be part of this "unconference" event.
We've had several graduate students post in the discussion forum in the last month or so. Take time to help them with their questions and help them deepen their ideas. Here's one post to get started with.
GEC members Julie Lindsay and Vicki Davis have published a book on global collaboration that's a great primer for diving into projects. Check it out on Amazon... it's a tremendous resource!
