Full Session Description (as long as you would like):

International Forum for University Students at http://interconescu.wordpress.com/ifus/

I have developed a a discussion place for concerns, issues, and future planning for university students worldwide.  It poses the question -

IF you are like US, do you have the same questions and concerns we do?

If you are interested in participating in this international discussion, please leave a comment below.

Of if you prefer, we are exploring the use of a FaceBook group on international and cross-cultural education to encourage these global discussions.  Students in my classes at Eastern Connecticut State University use FaceBook as their homepages.  I am thinking that it might be a better platform for encouraging collaborations.  Either click on the link above or try to connect by clicking on this longer link -

Please contact me if you might consider connecting our classes using Skype.  We are currently Skyping with a school in Mibita, Kenya and a university in Monterrey, Mexico.

Our students document these collaborations using powerpoint presentations within electronic portfolios.

Looking forward to connections with others introduced in global connections for enhancing our university classrooms.
