No veo el enlace "Reserva en Sesión" por ningún lado. Me puedes ayudar, por favor?
Permalink Reply by Anne Mirtschin on November 2, 2012 at 2:30am Hi Jose can you make sure that you booked a time and day for your session. Even if your session is approved, you need to decide when you would like to present. If you go to your page, check the messages in your inbox and there should be one from Lucy Gray giving you the instructions with the link to book this session. You would only have done this in the last week or two. (I got mine on October 15th) Make sure that you got confirmation of your booking of the session.
If you haven't you need to go to the site and book your session and follow those prompts above. Please let me know if you have done this or if it is still not clear. Your session will be great and we do not want to miss out on being able to attend it.
Hi Anne,
I did go to the link you just shared with me. This is the same page I went to when I received the approved session mail from Steve on July. I booked my session and all. Now, as I go again right now, the times I had already booked (or thought I had) are no longer available and the ones that are availabe do not work for me. As I go to the schedules of presentations, my presentations are there.
Now that you mention that I would have only done this in the last week or two makes me a bit confused because this apparently means I was supposed to do this booking twice? Is there a way I can see if my presentations are correctly booked?
Thank you.

I shall send you a message with Steve Hargadon's email in it so that you can ask him if your initial booking is there and explain your situation. Did you get a confirmation email? If for some reason, it is not there, Steve will probably give you the session of your first choice and it will be timetabled against the other three existing ones.
