Culture is everything what is done by human society. It includes the world outlook, science, law and arts. Young people see the world in their own way, such things as painting, photography, music, history help them to understand their place in life. And our task is to encourage them to learn the surrounding world and other national cultures. Good intentions have no boundaries, hot discusions, intelectual tasks can do a lot of good.
