The International Student Research Symposium aims to provide a platform for undergraduate and graduate students to present their research, and connect to one another globally. The symposium will occur in a 24-hour a day format that will allow presentations to occur all day, for two full days; giving every student the chance to share their scholarship with others. In addition to research presentations, there will be a variety of keynote speakers and workshops aimed at professional development. The overarching theme of the conference is to provide opportunities to learn from one another and connect through research. Additionally, before, during, and after the conference, scholars can connect through social media outlets such as Facebook and Twitter (@ISRS2012 ).
